At Prestige Auto Detailing WA, we stand by the quality of our services and are committed to customer satisfaction and our warranty policy covers the following:

Headlight Restoration Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on our headlight restoration service. This warranty covers the reoccurrence of oxidation, fading, or cloudiness under normal use and brush car washes are avoided. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us for a free assessment and correction.

Car Ceramic Coating Warranty

Our ceramic coating service is covered by a 3-year warranty, provided that correct washing procedures are followed and brush car washes are avoided. Using automated brush car washes may compromise the coating and void the warranty. To maintain the integrity and longevity of the coating, we recommend hand washing or touchless wash methods.

Detailing Service Warranty

“Our detailing services include a comprehensive on-completion inspection. Once the work is finished, clients are encouraged to carefully examine the vehicle and request any necessary adjustments. Due to the nature of detailing, no further warranty applies after the client has approved the final result.”

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, environmental factors, or normal wear and tear or using and brush car washes are to be avoided.
